We are a team of independent hair stylists who are passionate about providing our clients with high-quality and natural hair care services. At Rococo Organic Salon, we share a healthy and eco-friendly salon environment that is free from any toxic chemical additives. We have been proud partners of Organic Colour Systems for over 15 years, and are based in Clapham Junction, London, a major railway station and transport hub.
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented stylist to join our team, as one of our long-term stylists is starting a new life in her home country. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take care of many lovely clients, with guaranteed 50+ recurring regulars and 100+ clientele.
As an experienced stylist, you must be confident with all aspects of hair cut and colouring, and committed to using natural and sustainable hair products. You will be working on a monthly commission basis, earning 40-50% of your service revenue and 10% of your retail revenue. You will have the flexibility to work 3 to 5 days a week and be self-employed. Please note that our salon is cashless.
