Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional barber to join our team on a self-employed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to thrive in a bustling, well-established business.
Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and professional demeanor
Stay up-to-date with the latest barbering trends and techniques
Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of work
High level of professionalism and customer service
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Strong communication skills
A passion for the barbering industry
Compensation:
As a self-employed barber at Suave Barber Club, you will retain 70% of your earnings, with a 30% fee payable to the shop. On average, our barbers earn between £700 – £1000 per week, depending on their skill level and client base.
