We are an expanding group of hair, beauty & nail salons. This is an exciting role where the sky really is the limit for an experienced, ambitious individual.
You will be based in London/Home Counties working part-time remotely, with some travel required to visit sites. Potential to progress to full-time (if desired) in future for the successful candidate.
Reporting to the CEO, your duties will include:
· Supporting Managers of our salons and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the group
· Working to ensure that new salon acquisitions are quickly brought up to the levels expected in the group
· Consistently ensuring that KPIs are achieved for each salon
· Implementing and managing a marketing plan (with the help of HQ) to facilitate KPIs
· Liaising with suppliers to put together exciting retail offerings
· Interview and training new salon managers where required
· Ensuring staff levels are optimised
· Training salon staff in retail sales and other sales opportunities

EXPERIENCE
You will have at least 2 years salon management experience, with demonstrable experience of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Preferred skills
Tech savvy, you will be familiar with salon software, and be able to understand reports at a glance.
You will be able to hit the ground running, be sales driven, enjoy reaching targets and pushing yourself to the next level. You will have a can-do attitude and put the client experience and team fulfilment at the forefront of everything you do.
You will be loyal, ambitious, positive, hardworking, career driven. A team player, you will be a pro-active, essential member of the team.
